AI SEO agency · Denver HQ, clients worldwide · Since 2012

The AI SEO agency that treats answer engines as search, not magic.

Google says it plainly: optimizing for AI search is still SEO. We do the parts that make a business quotable, then measure whether the phone rings.

Eye To Ad Media is an AI SEO agency, a generative engine optimization agency, an answer engine optimization agency; the label changes every quarter, the work does not. We make a business easy for Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude to find, trust and name, on top of the classic rankings and Google Maps work that still sends most of the calls. Founder-led, month to month, priced in the open.

Direct answer: An AI SEO agency optimizes a business so AI search systems can find it, trust it and cite it. Google’s own guidance (updated July 10, 2026) says there is no special markup or file for this: a page must be indexed and eligible for a normal snippet, and the same signals that rank it also get it cited. Eye To Ad Media has run that playbook since 2012 for Google and since 2024 for answer engines, with campaigns from $500 to $3,000 a month and a free AI visibility check to start.

What is actually different

AI search changed who gets the click, not what earns trust.

The numbers are real and they cut both ways. Google reported more than 2.5 billion monthly users of AI Overviews and over a billion in AI Mode at I/O in May 2026. Ahrefs measured a 58% drop in click-through for the number-one organic result when an AI Overview is present. And yet the visitors who do arrive from an AI answer behave like referrals from a friend: Similarweb data published by HubSpot puts AI-referred ecommerce conversion at 11.4% against 5.3% for ordinary organic traffic.

So the job has two halves. First, be the business the answer names, because Seer Interactive’s 2026 data shows a cited page earns roughly twice the clicks per impression of an uncited one on the same query. Second, make sure the fewer, warmer visitors who arrive can call in one tap. An AI SEO agency that only does the first half is leaving the money on the table; one that only does the second is just a conversion agency with a new name.

What Google itself says

“Optimizing for generative AI search is optimizing for the search experience, and thus still SEO.” No new file, no new schema, no need to chop pages into fragments. A page has to be indexed and snippet-eligible, and a complete Google Business Profile helps local businesses appear in AI responses. We built this page from that guidance, not from a vendor deck.

What the local data says

BrightLocal’s 2026 survey found 45% of consumers used an AI tool for a local recommendation in the past year, up from 6%. Local SEO Data’s June 2026 study of 1,120 queries found 28.5% of businesses in the Google local pack were missing from AI Mode for the same search. Ranking in Maps no longer means being recommended by the assistant.

What we refuse to sell

llms.txt as a ranking lever (Google’s changelog says Search does not use it; Ahrefs found 97% of such files got zero requests in May 2026). Citation guarantees. Prompt-stuffing. Fake review schema. Anything Google’s May 2026 spam policy update now names as “attempting to manipulate generative AI responses.”

The work

What an AI SEO campaign includes here, in the order we do it.

Six steps. The first three are foundations most sites are missing; the last three are what makes an assistant choose you over the competitor with the same rating.

Step 1

AI visibility baseline

We run the real questions your customers ask through AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, record who gets named and from which sources, and keep the transcript. This becomes the before picture. You can run a lighter version yourself on the free AI visibility check.

Step 2

Entity and listing consistency

Assistants cross-check. Name, address, phone, hours, categories and services have to agree across your site, Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, Yelp and the industry directories that matter in your category. We fix the disagreements and document the canonical facts in your site’s structured data.

Step 3

Quotable pages

Each service page opens with a direct, specific answer an assistant can lift: what you do, where, for whom, typical price range, typical timeline. Then proof. Then the call to action. Fluffy copy is not cited because it does not answer anything.

Step 4

Review and list presence

Whitespark’s 2026 ranking-factors survey put presence on expert-curated best-of lists at the top of its new AI visibility category, and 82% of consumers now read AI-generated review summaries (BrightLocal). We work the review program and the real third-party listings, never the paid-placement ones.

Step 5

Agent-ready site

Google’s guide notes that AI agents may visit your site, inspect the DOM and act. Chrome shipped an “agentic browsing” Lighthouse audit in June 2026. Labeled forms, named buttons, stable layout and machine-readable facts mean an assistant can book, quote or call on a customer’s behalf. Our sister engineering site covers the code side: AI search optimization, engineered.

Step 6

Measure and repeat

Search Console now reports AI Overview and AI Mode impressions separately (worldwide since August 31, 2026). We track those, the citation transcript, branded search growth and the calls, monthly, in a dashboard you keep.

Pricing

AI SEO pricing, published.

Most AI SEO agencies quote after a call. We publish ranges because a buyer deserves to know before the sales conversation whether the numbers are even close.

EngagementRangeWhat it covers
Local campaign with AI search included$500–$3,000 / monthEverything above plus the Google Maps and organic work that still produces most calls. Quoted to your market; month to month.
Build-your-ownFrom $100 / monthPick the tasks. Good for a business with an in-house marketer who wants the AI visibility pieces handled.
Standalone AI visibility auditQuoted to scopeFor reference, published industry rates for a standalone audit run $500 to $2,000 (LLM Pulse, May 2026). Ours is included free in any campaign.
VIP membership$79.99 / monthOngoing advice, priority answers, and the monthly AI visibility read. Details on VIP membership.

For comparison, MarketerHire’s June 2026 survey of answer-engine agencies put retainers at $3,000 to $25,000 a month and audits at $5,000 to $15,000. Those agencies serve brands with national ad budgets. If that is you, we can still help, but you should also talk to them. The full ladder is on the pricing page.

Proof you can check

We test it on businesses we own, so you can search the results yourself.

A national supplier, named by assistants

A walk-in tub supplier that started with no website, no profile and no reviews now appears in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers on national product questions, against household-name manufacturers, and runs more than twenty funnels producing attributable revenue. The case study names the terms.

Three results on one Google page

For “denver walk in tubs” our founder’s own company holds the map listing, the first organic result and further links on the same page. Search it. That is the method we sell, applied to a business we have to feed.

This site

Every service page on eyetoad.com opens with a direct answer, carries speakable markup and consistent entity data, and the whole site is open to the AI crawlers in its robots file. We eat our own cooking; the live Lighthouse page is there because speed is part of it.

Choosing an AI SEO agency

Five questions to ask any AI SEO agency, including this one.

AskWhat a good answer sounds like
Which engines do you actually test, and can I see a transcript?A list, a date, and screenshots or exports of the prompts and answers. “We monitor AI” without a transcript is a dashboard subscription resold to you.
What will you change on my site, specifically?Named pages, named facts, named schema. If the answer is a proprietary framework with a trademark symbol and no specifics, ask again.
How does this connect to Google Maps and organic? It should be the same campaign. Google’s guidance says the signals overlap; a separate “AEO package” is usually the same work billed twice.
Do you promise citations or rankings? No. Google’s May 2026 spam policy now covers manipulating AI responses, and nobody controls what an assistant says. Expect method, measurement and honesty about timelines.
What happens to the work if I leave? You keep the site, the profile, the content and the data. Every login is yours.

Questions people ask

About hiring an AI SEO agency.

It makes a business findable, trustworthy and quotable to AI search systems such as Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. In practice that means consistent business facts everywhere, pages that answer specific questions directly, structured data, a real review and listing presence, and a site that agents can use. Google’s own guide says this is still SEO, so a good agency runs it as one campaign with your rankings and Google Maps work.

Generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization and AI SEO describe the same goal with different vocabulary. Rankability’s analysis of Keyword Planner data shows the GEO and AEO terms grew from nothing in 2023 and plateaued at small volumes in early 2026, while interest in "AI agents" rose twentyfold. Pick whichever word you like; ask what the agency will actually change.

Our campaigns run $500 to $3,000 a month with AI search work included, build-your-own from $100 a month, and standalone audits quoted to scope. Published industry figures run higher: LLM Pulse (May 2026) lists AI visibility audits at $500 to $2,000 and full GEO retainers at $2,000 to $5,000 a month; MarketerHire (June 2026) reports $3,000 to $25,000 a month for agencies serving national brands.

No. Google’s Search Central changelog (June 15, 2026) states Google Search does not use llms.txt, and Ahrefs found that 97% of the 137,000 domains publishing one received no requests for it in May 2026. We keep one on our sites because it costs nothing, but we do not sell it as a lever.

No, and we would not work with an agency that does. What we can show is a repeatable method, a before-and-after transcript across engines, and businesses we own that you can test in any assistant today.

Denver is headquarters and most of the local-service work is Front Range. AI search work is not geographic; we run it for clients across the United States and internationally, and the national supplier in our case studies is one of them. See the national SEO company page for how that engagement is structured.
