Build your plan in five short steps.
Rough numbers are fine. Your answers save in this browser as you go, so a refresh won't lose them.
This plan tells you what to build and why. We build it, connect it to your tools and run it — you own it.
Your plan is on its way.
Check your inbox for a copy (and the spam folder, just in case). When you're ready, book the free review below or call 1-800-481-8638.
Turn the plan into a working agent.
Send your plan and pick a time. Zach reads it before the call, checks the numbers against your real week, and tells you what he would build first, what it would never be allowed to do, and the fixed price. No cost, no contract, no pressure.
- Your top agent, scoped in plain English
- Hours and value checked against your real week
- One fixed price in writing, if you want to go ahead
Rather talk now? Call 1-800-481-8638.
You're on the list.
Zach has your plan and will reply within one business day with a call time. Until then, keep a note of the next time that annoying weekly task comes up; real examples make the review sharper.
How your plan is calculated, assumptions in plain sight.
Every number in the report comes from your answers and a handful of stated rules. Disagree with one? Good. Bring it to the review and we'll recalculate together.
Hours
Weekly hours you entered for each chore, times 4.33 weeks, gives the monthly time it costs you now.
The share an agent takes
Never 100%. A person still reads drafts and signs off on the risky stuff, so each kind of chore gets a cautious share between 50% and 70%.
Dollar value
Hours returned multiplied by the hourly figure you gave in step five. It measures your time, not new revenue, and it is an estimate rather than a promise.
Ranking
Each possible agent is scored on value times fit. Fit rises when you already run the software it would live in, when your trade leans hard on that job, and when it serves the goal you chose.
| Kind of chore | Assumed share | Why not higher |
|---|---|---|
| Lead follow-up, booking and reminders, review requests, weekly reports | 70% | Repetitive and rules-based; you still glance at exceptions |
| CRM updates, PDFs and paperwork, missed calls and texts | 65% | Odd cases and low-confidence fields come back to a person |
| Inbox triage, bookkeeping prep, inventory and reorders | 60% | Money and tone need a human look before anything leaves |
| Social posts | 55% | Your voice matters; you approve the batch |
| Quotes and estimates | 50% | Pricing is your call, so every draft waits for you |
Size tiers and what the market charges
Each recommended agent gets a size. S is one job with one or two connections, M means several tools or sensitive data, L means a system of cooperating agents for a larger team. Agencies that publish prices put those builds at roughly $5k–$25k, $15k–$75k and $100k–$450k+ (Neoteric, Cleveroad, DP Vision). You won't see our price here because we haven't seen your workflow yet. After the free 30-minute call you get one fixed number, and small-business single-job builds usually sit near the bottom of those bands.
The readiness score
It starts at 40 out of 100. Points are added for a CRM, a business email account, a spreadsheet or accounting system, an online calendar, a few connected tools and written approval rules. Points come off when records live on paper. The three gaps worth the most points become your "fix first" list, and most take an afternoon, not a project.
What happens on the 30-minute review, start to finish.
We read it first
Your plan arrives before the call, so nobody spends ten minutes re-explaining the business.
We test the hours
Owners tend to guess low on email and high on social media. We check your estimates against how a normal week really goes.
We pick agent number one
Together we settle what it does, what it may touch, what it must never touch, and how you'll know it is working.
You get a fixed price
A written scope, timeline and single price arrive within a few business days. No hourly meter and no retainer required to start.
Or we tell you to wait
If a template, a better spreadsheet or a part-time hire would solve it cheaper, you'll hear that from us on the call.
A plan you can act on, not a prompt to paste.
You won't find a block of text to copy into a chatbot anywhere in your plan, and that's deliberate. A prompt you paste into a chat window can't open your inbox at 2 a.m., book the job or update your books — a coded agent connected to your tools can.
The value lives in everything around the AI: secure access to your accounts with the narrowest permissions, the approval step before anything risky, a log of every action, a switch that pauses it instantly, and weeks of testing on your real messages until it gets them right. That is the work we do. Your plan's job is to show what's worth doing and in what order.
You also wouldn't be early. In the Homebase 2026 Main Street AI Gap Report, 74% of US small businesses said they were using or piloting AI tools.
Gartner expects agentic AI to make at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions on its own by 2028, up from zero in 2024 (as reported by WFTV). The owners who come out ahead will be the ones who chose the right first job.

Your answers stay in your browser.
The planner runs entirely on this page. Answers are kept in your own browser's storage so a refresh won't wipe them, and nothing reaches us unless you press "Email me my plan" or send the review form. "Start over" deletes everything it saved. Anything you do send is used only to reply to you; it is never sold or shared. Details are in our privacy policy.
Free AI agent plan: quick answers.
Is the AI agent plan really free?
Yes. There is no signup to see it, no card and no catch. Your plan appears on this page as soon as you finish step five, and the 30-minute review call to talk it through is free too.
Which tasks should I automate with AI first?
Start with work that is frequent, repetitive and low-risk if a draft comes out wrong: sorting email, answering new leads quickly, reminders and receipts. Keep anything that needs your judgment, like setting prices or a hard conversation, with a person. The planner ranks your chores that way.
How accurate are the hours and dollar estimates?
They are planning numbers built from your own answers and a cautious 50 to 70 percent share per chore, not a guarantee. On the review call we check them against a real week and adjust them before anything is quoted.
Does the plan include prompts or setup steps I can use myself?
No. The plan describes what each agent would do, which of your tools it would work with and what you would approve. Building, connecting, testing and running the agent is the work we do, and you own the finished result.
What is an AI readiness assessment for a small business?
It is a quick check of whether your tools and habits are ready for an agent: where customer records live, whether email runs on a business account and whether approval rules are written down. Your plan includes a readiness score from 0 to 100 and the three gaps to close first.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in your browser until you decide to send them. If you email yourself the plan or book a review, we use what you send only to reply to you, and we never sell your information.
Your week, minus the work you hate.
