Questions
Before you order.
Most tasks need a login to your website (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow admin, or FTP for a static site). Search Console and Bing verification sometimes need your domain or hosting DNS. GA4 account creation only needs the Google email you want to own it. Do not put passwords on this page. After checkout we email you a secure way to share access, and you can remove our access when the work is done.
Most orders are finished 24 to 72 hours after we have working access. The clock starts when access works, not when you pay, so the quickest orders are the ones where the logins are ready.
If we can't complete a task we refund that task. Sometimes a platform blocks a change or the access we get is not enough. We tell you what happened and refund the $100 for anything we could not do.
Yes. Payment runs through Authorize.net Simple Checkout on Authorize.net's own secure page. We never see or store your card number. Your task list is emailed to us separately so we know what to do.
The online order stops at 10 tasks ($1,000). For more than that, call 1-800-481-8638 or book a call and we will put together a custom quote. Larger jobs usually make more sense as a scoped project.
Nobody can honestly promise rankings. These tasks fix the onsite signals that hold a site back: missing titles, broken structure, no tracking, nothing for AI tools to read. They give the rest of your marketing a working base. Competitive markets usually need more than foundations.
Almost certainly. We love static sites because they can help win in search, but we work on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and more. If you can log in to change it, we can usually work on it.
